Welcome to Artisan’s Garden. By visiting our website, booking an event or workshop, reserving our private space, or purchasing products online, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, you should not use this website. Artisan’s Garden reserves the right to update or change these Terms at any time without prior notice.

Eligibility and Use of Website
This website is intended for users who are at least 18 years old or who have the consent of a parent or guardian. You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon or restrict others’ use and enjoyment.

Accounts and Registration
Some features such as booking workshops, reserving private spaces, or making purchases may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details. Artisan’s Garden reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be misused or in violation of these Terms.

Events and Workshops

Event registrations are confirmed upon full payment.
Cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled event are eligible for a full refund. Within 7 days, refunds are not guaranteed and will be assessed at our discretion.
Artisan’s Garden reserves the right to reschedule, postpone, or cancel any event due to insufficient registration, facilitator availability, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants may receive a refund or apply credit toward a future event.
By attending workshops or events, participants accept responsibility for their own health and safety. Artisan’s Garden is not liable for injuries, allergic reactions, or other incidents arising during participation.

Private bookings require a deposit at the time of reservation. Deposits are non-refundable unless cancellation is made at least 14 days in advance.
Balances must be paid in full by the date indicated in your booking confirmation.
Clients are responsible for all guest conduct, and any damages to property caused during their booking.
Artisan’s Garden reserves the right to terminate a booking if guests engage in unlawful or disruptive behaviour.

Product descriptions, images, and pricing are provided to the best of our ability but may contain errors. Artisan’s Garden reserves the right to correct errors and cancel orders if necessary.
Payments are accepted via major credit cards and other methods listed on our checkout page.
Prices are shown in Canadian dollars and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Shipping and delivery timelines are estimates only; Artisan’s Garden is not responsible for delays beyond our control.
Returns or exchanges are accepted for unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery unless the product is final sale (such as perishables or customized items).
